Jeffrey is a very diligent agent who puts in 120% effort to market my properties and follow-up with potential buyers. Aside from daily refresh of the listing to ensure that it stays on top of the list to attract attention, he also enhances the listing by adding virtual 360 degree house tour video. He is meticulous and pays attention to details. For example, he takes detailed house video before handover to client, which is subsequently used as supporting during handover upon expiry of the lease. This helps to resolve potential conflicts during handover and covers the interests of both tenant and landlord.
